‍What is Your Cancellation Policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to balance flexibility with ensuring our lodge is ready to welcome all guests. This cancellation policy applies to your accommodations and any add-ons that you book.

  • 60+ Days Before Arrival: 95% refund of your booking.
  • 30–59 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of your booking.
  • Less Than 30 Days Before Arrival: Non-refundable, but you’ll receive full credit to apply to a future stay within the next 12 months.

Does Acadia Wilderness Lodge have a pool?

‍‍There is no pool on the property at this time. Stay tuned!

‍Can I Bring My Own Food or Grill?

‍Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food however we have great camping essentials for you when you reserve you stay with us. You can contact us up to one week prior to your stay to add food items.

‍Do You Offer Group Discounts?

No, not at this time.

‍What is Your Pet Policy?

‍To reserve a stay for your fur babies, A non-refundable pet fee of $200, plus $25 per night, per pet for up to two pets, is due at the time of booking. Pets are considered, but we also reserve the right to remove any animal that is being disruptive or dangerous. All pets must be leashed and supervised at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

‍Does the Pet Fee Cover Damages Caused by My Pet?

Yes, the pet fee includes coverage for minor damages caused by pets, such as scratches or small accidents. However, for significant damages or extensive repairs, additional charges may apply.

‍When is Check-In and Check-Out?

‍Check-in is 3 pm on the first day of your stay. Check-out is 11 am on the day of your departure.

‍Are Meals Included?

‍Meals are not included but we do offer camping essentials when you book your stay with us.

‍Do You Have a Wheelchair Accessible Yurt?

‍Yes, reserve our ADA wheelchair-accessible yurt at checkout.

‍Is the Campground Environmental and Family Friendly?

Absolutely! We have a selection of amenities that everyone can enjoy. This includes Village Games, a town firepit, and a Village Garden. We have the perfect venue for guests who are more comfortable isolating and for guests who want to be more sociable. We look forward to serving you!

‍Is There WiFi?

‍Yes, there is wifi in each yurt and throughout the campground. You will be provided with login information at check-in.

Is Parking Available?

We have centralized parking with convenient assistance to help you to and from your yurt.

‍What Age Do You Need to Be to Reserve?

‍All reservations should be made by adults 18+.
